Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, sponsorship, or submitting any related form through ForbesProductions.us (the “Website”), you (“Purchaser,” “Sponsor,” or “Participant”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) without limitation or qualification. If you do not agree, do not complete any purchase, registration, or sponsorship transaction.

This Agreement governs all events, productions, and promotions organized, hosted, or affiliated with Forbes Productions, including but not limited to the Stained Red Carpet event and any activity or engagement associated with the Natasha – Escape to America movie (collectively, the “Events”).

All advertised details, including without limitation dates, venues, hosts, performers, appearances, schedules, and event formats, are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Forbes Productions reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel any Event for any reason, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or force majeure events. If an Event is canceled, Forbes Productions may, at its discretion, offer a credit, reschedule the Event, or provide an alternative opportunity. Refunds are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing by Forbes Productions.

All ticket and sponsorship sales are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly authorized in writing by Forbes Productions. Sponsorship packages, associated deliverables, and promotional benefits are subject to modification based on production requirements, availability, or brand standards. Adjustments do not entitle sponsors to refunds or compensation.

Attendance at or participation in any Event is voluntary and entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that Events may involve exposure to large crowds, lighting effects, photography, sound equipment, and other potential hazards. By attending, you assume full responsibility for any and all risks of personal injury, illness, property loss, damage, or death that may occur, whether foreseeable or not.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you expressly agree that Forbes Productions, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, partners, and sponsors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, expenses, or injuries of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary, arising out of or related to attendance or participation at any Event, theft, loss, or damage of personal property, accidents, injuries, or illnesses, cancellations, rescheduling, modifications, or any other circumstances beyond Forbes Productions’ reasonable control. You hereby release, waive, and forever discharge the Released Parties from all liability, claims, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, that may arise in connection with your attendance or participation.

Forbes Productions and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal items or property at any Event. Attendees are encouraged to keep valuables secure at all times.

By attending or participating in an Event, you grant Forbes Productions, its partners, and affiliates an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to record, photograph, film, and use your name, image, likeness, and voice in all media now known or hereafter developed, for promotional, commercial, or archival purposes, without further compensation.

Forbes Productions reserves the right to refuse admission, eject, or deny continued participation to any individual whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, offensive, or in violation of Event rules or applicable law. No refunds or credits shall be issued in such cases.

All materials, content, trademarks, designs, and media associated with Forbes Productions or the Events are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, recording, distribution, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your violation of this Agreement, your actions or omissions at any Event, or any claim by a third party arising from your participation.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located within the State of Florida.

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

This document constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Forbes Productions regarding Event participation and supersedes all prior oral or written communications or agreements. By completing a purchase, sponsorship, or submission through the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
